Warranty and Returns

Warranty and returns of remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges.

Warranty

All Remanufactured or Generic toner and ink cartridges are under warranty for one full year from date of original purchase. MSE premium branded cartridges are guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship. Any misuse or tampering of the product will void the warranty.

Returns

Warranty Returns

Items being returned due to a warranty issue, will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

Wrong Item Delivered

Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

Wrong Item Ordered

Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of incorrectly ordered items, which have been opened and/or have seals removed, will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Software

Software products, both physical copies or downloaded versions are non-returnable regardless if the packaging is unopened or if the software is installed.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested before any item is returned to Carbon Copy Laser.
